Available trips are listed below and booking is first come, first served. You can also pick a trip from the catalog. Please fill out the contact form with the trip you’re interested in! If there is an out of the office site banner, we are in the woods on another trip and our response time will be delayed.

If you have accessibility questions, a question about a medical condition, or are interested in a modification, please reach out. We will not charge the "custom itinerary" fee when making an accessibility modification to an existing itinerary. The weather is ever-changing and sometimes a trip may not be possible due to water levels, extreme temperature, or a large weather event.

Pricing

The cost of trips is $275 per person per day. For Trips 7 days or longer the cost is $200. The cost of a custom itinerary is $300 per person per day. Trips requiring a long shuttle or North Maine Woods access fees will have an additional charge of $10 per person per day. There is a deposit of $300 for overnight trips and $75 for day trips.

The trip cost includes two zoom meetings or phone calls for trip preparation (one for day trips). The first is for initial planning and questions, and the second is for packing preparation.

Examples: A 5 day trip on the West Branch of the Penobscot River for 3 people costs $4275, $1425 per person.

A day trip for 2 people costs $550, $275 per person.

We offer no-interest payment plans for up to 18 months. Please reach out if you are interested in using a payment plan.

We offer barter or partial barter on select items and services (priced at market value). Needs change seasonally and year to year.

Seasoned firewood, pet care, local meat, and carpentry. Needs are not limited to this list, so reach out with ideas of other things to trade.
